Minimum Stay and Deposit requirements

When stays include any of the Peak Season days during Christmas, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required. July 1 - 7, 2010 requires a 6 night stay. At all other times there is a minimum stay of 3 nights, however, a stay of less than 6 nights incurs a one time cleaning charge of $75 to $110 depending on the size of the home.

Optional Charges

POOL HEATING is available at a charge of $30 per day, with a 3 day minimum. This may be requested in advance or after you arrive. Please note pool can take up to 24-48 hours to heat depending on outside temperature.

CRIBS/COTS/HIGH CHAIRS/ROLLAWAY BEDS - These items are available at $35 per item for the length of your stay.

LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS - You can call anywhere in the U.S. and most international countries for only $25.00 per a two week stay.

Pre-registration

Florida law determines that Prestige Vacation Homes registers details of all guests on or prior to arrival. Clients may be at risk of not gaining access to their home if this is not completed.

Payment policy

A 25% deposit is required with the initial reservation, with full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT – Guests may select their choice of Security Deposits. Option one is a $50 “Peace of Mind” non-refundable pre-paid security deposit to cover damages up to $200. Option two, is a “$200 secured with a credit card” security deposit.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be in writing and may be sent via email or fax. Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the date of receipt of notification. As shown below the 25% deposit is non-refundable. Prestige sells trip insurance to cover cancellations and strongly urge guests to purchase this protection at a small cost.

Check-in and late arrivals

Our check-in time is 4.00 PM and check-out time is 11.00 AM. You will be given an entry code prior to arrival, so you will be able to go directly to your home.

Early Departure

No refund will be given for early departure.
